My curiosity about the body, health & wellness began at an early age. As an amateur gymnast, a sport-related injury prevented me from progressing in my desired profession. At 18 I discovered that Yoga and low impact aerobic activities such as swimming and walking alleviated the sciatic pain I developed from this injury. Ultimately, it was the 10 sessions of Structural Integration that addressed the deeper issue of the problem, correcting this once and for all.

My yoga training includes in-depth studies with Angelique Sneeden, Yogi Hari, Tim Miller and Tias Little. It was 1997 that I received my teachers training certificate in Ashtanga Yoga from Tim Miller. I attended The Guild for Structural Integration in 2003 to graduate in 2005. Since then I have worked with the New Mexico massage board in creating private licensure for SI therapists for the state of New Mexico.

My experience spans 20 years including structural bodywork, Rolf movement, yoga, tai chi, Ayurveda, western & Chinese herbs, homeopathic remedies, macrobiotics & vibrational cooking.

Currently I have client services in Santa Fe, NM and Austin, TX.
